Abstract

In the East, spirituality does not take on a reflective matrix. The lococentric affiliation shows that nature dictates the way in which the world is inhabited. Through mobility adjusted to what the tatami allows, through a rhythmic discipline and the configuration of movements based on the indications that Nature allows, it is possible to determine a moral and spiritual geometry.
